# Unsupported Exchanges

> Exchanges that are not supported by Relay

The Relay platform does not support transfers involving the exchanges below. This list is not exhaustive and can change as screening data and the platform blocklist are updated.

* Bit Pin
* BitcoinVN
* Bitnest
* ChangeHero
* ChangeNOW
* CoinEx
* Crypto HK
* Cryptomus
* FixedFloat
* Heleket
* HTX (Huobi Global)
* Kraken Market
* N.Exchange
* Sideshift.ai
* Tornado.cash
* Wallex.ir
* Exmo.me

### What this means for you

* **Withdrawals from a blocked exchange:** Do not withdraw funds from a blocked exchange directly to a Relay deposit address. The deposit will be blocked and the transaction cannot be completed.
* **Sending to a blocked exchange:** Quotes where the recipient address is associated with a blocked exchange will be rejected with a `BLOCKED_WALLET_ADDRESS` error.

### Our policy

Blocking decisions use risk and sanctions databases together with the platform's internal blocklist. The platform does not make case-by-case exceptions for sanctioned entities. See [Transaction Screening](/security/compliance) for details.
